Ok, i got a few questions i hope you guys can answer :
1 : I created a online iron clad thing awhile ago, but forgot the name i used, and i dont have my cd-key anyway for me 2 retrive it?
2 : Any tips for a complete noob to start off with, ie race ect
3 : Should i pre order rebellion?
4 : What is the multiplayer scene like, are there any noobs or?

Did you ever have an account on impulse? Email stardock support to open a ticket. They'll probably ask you for any email addresses you might have used to create the impulse account.
They should be able to square away your stardock and ICO account if you can establish you had an account previously.
TEC, learn to expand.
There's tutorials on the forum here, hopefully in the strategy section.
After you get you account squared away maybe. You can get $10 off if you get that setup right currently.
My guess is you have the original game no expansions. If so, there is no multiplayer scene.
Rebellion so far in the beta seems to be going fairly with around 100 online average. This could go up for a while at release. Most the noobs look to be comp stompers, though you can find or host some games every now and then.
