No citizens in the cities! Help!

When I zoom there are no citizens in my cities! Is It normal? I see many screenshots of the game and I see a lot of people in the cities. help me!

Yes, they were removed at some point to save memory.

Default option is off. You can turn it back on in options.

yes if you are using the FULL install, BUT if you are using the upgrades then NO pedestrian for you.(this is from observations only and has no official connection with any entity at stardock)

Funny, I don't had that on and off for pedestrian for beta 3 but there was beta 2, but they said removed it, I guess it's had to do save time of testing or something.

I am missing the pedestrian option on the machines that the UPGRADE was used to update, BUT on the machines that I uninstalled then installed the full .91 I DO have the option for pedestrians.
