Bug: Installer fails to allow drive selection when C drive is close to full

When you install with .91 the installer simply says there is no room to install and fails to allow the user to select a 2nd drive to install the game.

I am running a 70 GB SSD as my primary drive and a much larger 1 TB drive for data, games etc. My primary drive commonly sits at 2-3 GB of free space.
