[bug][0.86] firedart spell animation

Firedart appears to come from a random direction rather than emanating from the caster more than half the time.

Wait... You can seeee firedarts? xD... I usually have no animation whatsoever on firedarts, but I have seen that problem when I give units those magestaffs from the magic tree, that deal fire or frost damage over range.

Yeah, I get this bug, too. Sometimes the dart doesn't travel towards the target, but flies off perpendicular to it.
