[.77] [Bug] Improvements granted by city levelling doesn't appear (and work?)

In my game, I upgraded my capital city twice to level 2 and after to level 3.

The chosen improvements doesn't appear in the improvement list in city details.

I'm not sure if they still provide their effects or not.

Ok, now maybe I got it: when levelling a city, we don't get the selected improvement, but the possibility to build it, is it right?
