Does this only happen to me?

Does anyone else notice that sometimes their black market becomes totally unresponsive? The prices will change but I am unable to purchase or sell any resources what so ever.

Not I, says The TEC's Huckleberry!

In laggy MP games, I've had situations where how many credits I seem to have and how many I actually have don't quite match up...so I end up trying to buy things on the black market but nothing happens...not as problematic for selling resources (since you don't have to have 100 to sell) unless I have negative amounts...

That's probably different than what you're seeing though, especially if its for more than several seconds...

Yeah it seems to last until I quit and restart the game (though after a few minutes I just stop checking). Only noticed it on single player as well, and sometimes its after I have over 100,00 credits. ;)

If you can reproduce this regularly, can you send us a save game where it happens to [email protected]?

I occasionally see this happen, and invariably it's when I've accidentally hit "enter" and my chat box is up. After I esc out of the chat box it's back to normal for me.

Okay I think I may have had a similar problem, but being a modder I don't use the chat box much. Rather it seems the command window in the Developer.exe also seems to disable the black market buttons for some reason.  :S

Yeah, I knew you couldn't do anything that involved typing, but this was a button so it took me by surprises.

Actually, I don't recall ever having a problem with clicking interface buttons, just with using the keyboard...are you sure it's the dev.exe?  To be honest, I do very little button clicking while in the .exe so I probably wouldn't have even noticed...

Okay...I may have locked this down....if you start a game, then activate the dev.exe command window, you are fine it seems...but if you quit and start a new game without closing the command window, then you can't click on anything in that new game....

Don't know about loading saved games or any of the other relevant nuances but I hope this helps...
