Everybody knows the simple things work. Then sometimes people forget a little bit.

Why would you want to have to rightclick on stuff when it can just be in a tooltip or a textbox somewhere, like in WoM?

The scales for magic would be nice, but that's about the only good thing in that screenshot.

@Heavenfall - it is a matter of information density. Some things are suitable to get small blurbs on stat summaries and the like. And some things should be explained in noob-friendly, long detail. The later is the domain of the right-click.

For example, clicking on the mana types, say death, would give a complete breakdown of the benefits gained at 1 pick, all the way through to 11 picks.

1 - 3 common spells in spellbook
2 - 5 common spells in spellbook
3 - 6 common, 1 uncommon spells in spellbook
4 - ...
...
11 - all spells in spellbook, start game knowing 2 common and 1 uncommon spell

I just tried to create a character in v1.4 and I can't figure out what most things actually do.

I went to the manual and it said "version 1.1"

What we should have is:

1. Everything can be right clicked for detailed info.

2. Hovering tooltips / inline choices with basic info.

It doesn't need to look different, I am fine with the current look of WoM... It just needs to have tooltips and right click infos.

In Fallen Enchantress it pretty much works like the screenshot except it's Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Life/Death.
