FE is it downloadable as Pre-Version?

Hi all,

sorry for the (maybe stupid) question. I bought WoM long time ago and so I'll get the 2 Expensions for free.

So the question is, is it possible to get a pre-version of FE like it is usually possible for WoM or is it still not in this state?
