Small E:FE question

I am just curious if Elemental: FE will have a separate website and forums from Elemental: WoM?  And if so, when will they be up and operational?

Also, I don't remember reading but is FE considered an expansion pack or it is totally separate game?

"Standalone expansion" is probably the best term. It doesn't need WoM to play, but anybody expecting a completely different game is almost certainly deluding themselves.

Just hope they don't do what Relic did with all it's Dawn of War games, require previous games to use the factions that came with the previous games.
