Pervasive bloom effect - how to change?

Hi,

How can I disable or alter the ever present blooming effect in Elemental? This is hard on my eyes, and as it bathes everything in a diffuse light, I have difficulties identifying objects. Result is that I only play with the basic paper map view!

You can off bloom/ lightning in file Prefs.ini

HDRLighting=1 = HDRLighting=0

This File is documents settings / my games / Elemental.

EDIT: i see other parameters in this file.. Look down in this file.
