I have sins and a internet connection and i cant get updates for my game. i cant play sins online and everytime i make a freaking account it say it cant connect. im tired of this i want to play against real people.

You should probably have put this in the actual Sins forum (the entire stardock forums network can see it here), but have you updated your game with Impulse?

If you don't have the latest version downloaded through impulse, then I doubt you'd be able to connect to anyone.
