How do I imbue champions in the Campaign?

Simple question. I restarted the Campaign today, after waiting for a long time for the new patch. Now I seem to be unable to imbue any of my fellow champions in the Campaign. I know Relias has the ability, but I can't find any button to use spell in the overland view.

Anyone knows`?
