Bought Elemental + Limited box on Impulse

Hi there, I bought elemental + limited box edition on Impulse, I tried contacting sales about this, but they have yet to reply after almost a week.

I bought the limited box edition because i wanted all the extra stuff sendt to me, I would have bought a physical copy instead if i would end up missing the extras (Im a sucker for extra stash). I`ve waited and waited and still haven`t recieved my box in the mail. My friend has gotten his, and he bought the game a good week+ after i bought my copy. So.. what`s up? Why haven`t i recieved mine yet?. Don`t tell me im going to get a "Sorry we don`t have anymore copies available" Because I did buy it before he did, so i should be infront of him in the line to get a box.

Any comments? Im a bit frustrated now and angry so the mail is in a "hostile tone", sorry about that, but if i end up not getting the box i have every right to be angry imo.

When did you order it? As noted on the shipping information at checkout, international boxed orders ship USPS International First Class and can take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Local customs may also cause delays.

I am in Canada and it took me a little while for my Demigod collectors edition to come in. But it didnt bother me really because I was able toe download hte game and play it whiel I waited for the hardcopy and everything else (:

Took about 3 weeks I think for it to get to Canada?

I'm just south of  the border from Toronto, in the USA.  My limited edition took a little over a week.
