After you buy the game, how long until you can download it?

That happened to me once.  I had to quit Impulse and restart it to get my game.  Try that.

I have restarted it several times and it still hasn't shown up

If you purchased with Paypal and you use a different email address there, the game may have been registered to that address. If that's the case, you can fix it by entering your Paypal email on the left and your impulse email on the right on this page.

If you used a credit card, if the billing information you entered differs from that on the card, the transaction may have been put on hold pending manual verification. If this has happened, no funds will have yet changed hands and there will only be a hold on your account. If you contact [email protected], they should be able to resolve this or any other issue that may have arisen with the order.

The credit card was charged and I sent an email to sales, but still nothing.  Does this happen often?

I am assuming you have an Impulse account correct? Does it show up of games avalabile to you for download? If so you can download as long as you want, as long as Impulse is alive and running.

If not, something else is wrong, and I strongly suggest youi to call them or email them. When I had a problem they replied the next day.

Sorry about that.  They have fixed the issue and you should see your game in Impulse.  

I'm unfortunately having the same problem as chase. I've been waiting on an email for my game but nothing has come. My email matches the email account that I have registered with stardock. I have paid with a credit card. Maybe nothing is wrong and it just takes a couple days to get an email? I'm not sure. I just think it's strange it is taking a little longer than expected.

If it's been that long, please contact [email protected] rather than waiting longer.
