Are tactical battles available in MP?

Anyone knows? If not, are there plans to implement them?

It would nice for change to have some 1 on 1 real game ....

I wish they were. I have friends I play with and we love to watch each others battles or even have fun battling each other. Please do add it, but obviously make it optional.
