How to stop at version 1.1

I am currenty recieving beta updates, but now that 1.1. is released I only want the real ones.  I have not yet updated to version 1.1.

 

What is the correct procedure for doing this cleanly?  I currently have 1.09u and have not started impulse today.

 

Please state the corect order to ensure that I get the released 1.1 but not beta patches after that....

Either update to 1.1 and then turn off "show pre-release versions" in the main dropdown menu in the top left of Impulse, or turn that off first and then update. Either way your download should be the same. With show pre-release off, you won't get any notices of future beta updates (if there are any).
