Where are these spells located? I cant defend my empire without them. 
*Obviously this is for the beta version*
I have a Sovereign in the opposite corner from my kingdom on a large map at the moment (she's been on a ruin & kingdom/empire finding spree). The thought of making her walk back just seems, well, not fun! Definitely missing the teleport at this point.
Mobility spellbook. Level 1 you get Return (teleport to your capital paying 8 mana). At level 2 (I think) you get Teleport (caster and buddies anywhere in friendly territory paying... around 20 mana? I don't remember that detail right now).
you get both of them at lvl 1 from what i can see.. 16 mp for the friendly territory
though odd enough... i think i teleported my stack to somewhere near a tough spider but inside my borders... waiting for tech to finish and get new weapons... wait a few turns and the stack was back in the original position...
either that... or i didn't notice it didn't teleport. 
that's not to say teleport doesn't work.. it does. just something odd that time...
