Anyone seen one? I research the tech for it, its a tech after Lady Umbar's Legacy and in over 300 games I have not found one, not ONCE. Anyone else notice? Has anyone found one? Or are the Drota a myth? 
I just played through as Empire and agree, no Drota Citadel after researching "Paradin's Demise"
Haven't seen one on a long time...back in the before time, in the long, long ago...
Time counts and keeps countin', and we knows now finding the trick of what's been and lost ain't no easy ride. But that's our trek, we gotta' travel it. And there ain't nobody knows where it's gonna' lead.
(I've never seen a Drota Citadel. Nor a Drota for that matter. : * ( )
