Query on maps

Loading maps

Hey folks. Noob query on loading maps in sandbox. When I load a map I still have the option to select map size - does the game just ignore this setting if I have loaded a map (I imagine loaded maps would have a set size)?

Just replied to a similar question earlier today here. Short answer is yes once a map is loaded just ignore the map size.
