Online Manual?

Given the fairly pathetic PDF pamphlet that accompanies Elemental and the muddled campaign that does little to help clarify numerous UI and gameplay issues, wouldn't a coherent online manual be a a pretty compelling "fix" along with the major revisions coming in 1.1?
