Elemental Forums
Hey all. I see familiar names in the story of this world and in what I saw in GalCiv2 research messages.
But the names are too awkward to memorize and follow the story.
Is there a wiki or an article with complete background and timeline of events? Or is there no common lore?
The Kingdom of Altar represents the altarians, (they win the elemental war of magic in GC2 lore and go on to rule the planet), the third race the Drath are also in GC2 having been driven of there planet by the alterians.
The Mithra or something like that was broken into fragments and may be the elemental crystals, also the reason there is magic (dark energy in /gc2 research tree) available to the races on Altar.
The world of Elemental eventually gets taken over by the Snathi and this becomes the Snathi homeworld in GalCiv II. Or at least this version of history is the one I choose to believe.
