[Bug 1.08b] Trade & Treaty Negotiation

I'm not sure what's going on, I struck up a conversation with another empire and he has like -4096 gold, I don't know why or what that even means. Anyhow, when I have him offer me say 50 gold or whatever, it flips out and goes to like -28430534 (about that large) and then I can give him 1 gold and he likes my offer because now his perceived worth of his stuff he's giving me is like a really big negative number and every time I take his offer off the table and replace it, it gets worse. Sooo... needless to say, I exploited this moron and offered him 1 gold for all of his materials and all his iron (which I desperately need cause I have no mine) and even had him declare war on a guy that is stronger than both of us, yay! :)

Anyway, this is clearly a bug, some kind of arithmetic overflow error or something, but, I'm gonna use it to my advantage until it's fixed ;)

Just don't try to get him to give you any gold.  I made this mistake with an AI player that had 0 gold.  I thought "WOW, a bug that's actually going to temporarily make my game easier."  Wrong.  I ended up with -2218738716387683678128 gold.

Haha thanks, I was curious if I'd get negative gold, so I just removed his offer from the table just to be safe, glad I did that :)
