I'm finding that the game can get a little dry after an hour or so and some of the UI and bugs can build up frustration and I need another game to play to balance this one out.
What do you play when you need a break from Elemental?
I'm playing Batman Arkham Asylum. It's the perfect counterbalance to elemental.
FfH2 - I hadn't realise how much this had got polished since I last played it.
Lately, any of the following:
Distant Worlds
Hearts of Iron III
Medieval II: Total War mods: Stainless Steel 6.3, Call of Warhammer, Third Age: Total War
Need for Speed Underground 2
Alpha Protocol
My frustration with both Elemental and Call of Warhammer is encouraging me to sort out the huge mess of Warhammer mods I have for Dominions III and start playing that again to get my fantasy strategy/Warhammer fix.

Civ4 :Fall From Heaven II
Crusader Kings
Romance of the Three Kingdoms 11
Brigandine
I am probably going to have a bit of a unique list, at least compared to other elemental players. as I enjoy alot of different styles of game, but am primarily a fighting game enthusiast.

Dawn of war 2 is my competitive RTS. It's far superior to SC2 imo and innovative (the single player is terrible though)
Everquest 2 is my Mmo of choice, very under-rated game at this stage in tis life.
Really not playing much elemental at this stage but hopefully one day it will be brilliant....
My games of Choice when not playing Elemental are Din's Curse and DROD RPG.
Because of an article in Rock, Paper, Shotgun called Mine The Gap I've been playing a LOT of Minecraft lately 
Warning: This game is highly addictive 
The game got so popular after the Mine the Gap articles that the Minecraft server got overloaded this past weekend!
Picked up Red Dead Redemption again... playing MP with friends and DoW II.
Dragon Age. (Started it a second time with all DLCs and the Addons)
Mass Effect 1 & 2, just finished another play through.
Sins and GalCiv 2 are staring at me tapping their feet.

Midnight Club Los Angeles complete is what I'm on right now with Demons Souls looking good for another run through or Ninja Gaiden 1 & 2.
When i am not playing EWOM (ver 1.0x = Cd from store), I keep trying to get stardock to allow me to patch and register my EWOM throught some other method. I do have my key number... but no real help from customer service so far....
