Can't INSTALL - Wrong SN

Hi Guys

I cannot install this game. Inside the jewel case is a sticker with the following:

DN-9999 AND GC-AAAAAAAA (blurred real text)

Is any of the above the infamous serial number ??

I have tried several combinations and stupid game will not install.

Anyone who can help.

My serial number was on a white strip on the back of the jewel case (under the plastic). I didn't have a sticker like you described.

A is for alphanumerics

I had to enter my serial number 3 times before I figured out what I was doing wrong; I didn't have my caps lock on. I don't know why they designed the serial to be case sensitive, but it sure freaked me out

Maybe you're entering lower case for the letters?

The serial # routine is buggy anyway! It accepted an invalid serial # when I installed. Stardock caught it, though.

Please, make the I clearer!!

made it work.

It had to entered as Maike showed:
DN-######-GC1-AAAAAAAAAA

Except on my sticker it was printed like this:
DN-###### GC1-AAAAAAAAAA

Finally played my first game.
