When Creating Tact Battle Maps

How does one add the Starting Locations?

I know I saw it once but I seem to have lost it.

Also because the Blocked Tiles show on map as an X, perhaps the Selection should be an X not a B, or the other way about, just so they match.

Thanks for the info I know it is there just not seeing it for some reason.
