Confusion spell gives huge buff.

I had an ogre shaman cast confusion onto my archers, and their damage went up by a factor of ten or so. This may have been caused by the fact that my archers were in a squad of 8, messing up the math somehow. They then hit the shaman with a 386 point blow. This buff lasted through this combat and part of a subsequent one, because it seems you don't use movement points went you attack adjacent tiles, so you can attack everyone that surrounds you in the same turn, and any buffs will carry over.

That's...odd.  There's a bug with the confusion spell, but it's that it stupidly multiplies attack by -0.5 instead of 0.5, resulting in a negative attack stat.  I'm not sure how that got translated into an attack bonus.

Maybe the sovereign spell and the ogre ability work off of different code.

Hm, sounds like an overflow. So if your sovereign casts it, what happens?

I had this happen to me as well.  It buffed my attack to 12,000+ which resulted in one hit for over 11,000.  The next round, the shaman casted it again on the same troop, and it put their attack at -113,000.  It has only happened once so far though.
