Hi ive most of the diplomacy tec. But I cant trade tec with other players. Is there something I have missed?

It's in the diplomacy tech tree, so you seem to have missed it.

No it was left out so the player wouldn't "game" the AI by trading surplus resources or worthless tech for very valuble ones.

If someone has the old diplomacy tech tree code it's possible we could re-implement it.
