At some point I'm going to get that E-mail that my collectors edition box was sent right, I'm starting to get concerned that I was lost in the shuffle.

Yes, the resent email to Akitoscorpio would be similar to the one you got that contained your serial number.
Actually I just looked again, I still have the original receipt from when I ordered the game, but you resent me my receipt for "Company of Heroes: Gold Edition"
I had actually ordered the CE edition of this game on the 9th of April, hence why i'm concernd that I still havan't seen a tracking number or really anysign that it had been sent.
Boxes started shipping in batches on Tuesday. You can check with [email protected] to confirm if yours has shipped or not.
So the game will have been on the market a week as of tomarrow, dispite an open trouble ticket on the mater, I still have not recived either the box, or aby sign of shipping, so much for "2-3" days because I'm on day 6 now, thats twice as long as advertised! People have store bought the same product I'm waiting on still!
So remind me to never order a box product via impulse again okay?
Just an FYI that I didn't get a shipping email (I pre-orderd over a year ago) so I contacted support just to find out if I should be getting an email or not and got an email back today saying that my box had indeed shipped.
And come to find out my box arrived today and had actually shipped last Tuesday in the first batches. So it took almost a week to get it so they should start arriving to everyone pretty soon I'd think.
Why did Stardock allow the option to charge me for overnight shipping ($10) when the game wasn't being shipped for like a week after it was going to be launched? I want my shipping charge refunded.
Support hasn't even gotten that far with me yet, though it still took you longer than 2 to 3 days to get it from shipping date.
I pretty much feel the same way now.
Where did you see that it was overnight? All domestic shipping is USPS Priority Mail. There are no other options.
Wow so here we are on day 16, and I still have never received my LE box, at this point I am allowed to call out Stardock on this, they claim it shipped in the 26th and that at most it should have taken, around... 5 to 7 days.....
Well that's long since came and went...
I'm pissed off Stardock, what are we going to do about this.
@dogs4ever - $10 is their flat shipping charge, not overnight, unless you paid extra ontop of it. That having been said, I'm not sure why priority mail is so pricey, or why they aren't shipping UPS/fedex so we can have real tracking numbers and be happy.
Just wanted to say that I sent an e-mail to the sales dept on Sept 8th for my missing copy. I received a response the next day saying they would look into it and fix the problem. I received my copy yesterday, and it is super slick. I really like the case it comes in, reminds me of the raid deck boxes used in the WoW CCG.
