City Improvements and City level/size?

Several buildings have a city size requirement but, I can't find anything in the city detail screen that tells me what size/level a city is?

There is also nothing in the Hiergamenonom on impovements that shows the required city level/size for specific improvements.

The little tower icon in the corner of improvement cards is the city level needed. You can hover over the little town level bar in the bottom left when you select a city and the tooltip will not only tell you the current level, but how far it is from the next level and whether you're short of food or housing.
