I own a Kindle, and like it quite a bit.  If I purchase the book tie-in, Kindle edition, will I receive the additional content for the game that I would if I bought the print edition?  Just in a downloaded form instead of a disc or something?

Unfortunately, no. :'(

I've bought it, there is a page speaking of the code for the extra campaign, but there is no code.

I really hope that SD will find a way to give also to us that content, our money are as good as those payed to buy the paper version.  :grin:

(I'm in Italy, so only digital version possible)

I realize that I've payed for the book and not for the extra campaign, but still I hope to receive it.
