Casting Spells?

I've reasearched all the lvl1 spells that buff your city, yet I'm unable to cast any of them...  I click my character, actions/spells/click-the-spell-i-want/click-cast... and nothing happens (yes i have the enough mana... 13>10)

Well someone here stated that casting spells doesn't work so well if you're garrisoned. Have you tried moving out of the city and then casting?

I have found out that your character needs to be outside of the a city to cast any strategic spells.

Yeah, still no luck with me.  I'm not able to cast summons or city buffs from inside/outside city

I dont know what else could be the proublem. I guess you should upload the save to http://filebin.ca and post in the support forum.

Are you using the button that's next to your mana bar?
