Someone needs to post a few vids on youtube to help us noobs out. Skip the sovereign cration as it's a little self explanatory and go into the city management and intracacies of the game. I'm a little lost but this game does seem pretty cool.
It's better if you just ask questions as you go nobody is going to want to give you step by step instructions. Just piddle around with it as you don't have to be an expert your first game. I always start off with what I call a test game and I do everything and anything to find out how the game plays especially if I don't have a manual.
I know there is quite a few beta videos you can look at. However, they are somewhat dated by now. Frogboy and friends are currently making their own "video tutorials", however, to be quite honest, they are kind of lacking in the whole "tutorial" sense. They need more explanations.
I'll tell you what, if you can make my game finish downloading RIGHT NOW (currently at 93.4%) I'll do a tutorial, LOL. However, if I do a tutorial it's gonna have my mods, thus, modifying what is normal gameplay 
Lastly, if Janesk, the Advisor, isn't up to snuff. Fire him and employ someone else as the Royal Advisor.
I think there's way too much stuff to show. It would be a lot easier for me at least to just answer questions you have about how some stuff works, rather than trying to explain everything.
