Any other beta testers waiting for day-0?

It sounds like most people are very anxious and planning on playing the second they can get their hands on the game?  Myself, I plan to download it and just peek at it a bit (decide on my character and faction, and maybe check out the graphics, etc.) but wait for the day-0 version before I actually begin playing in earnest.  Although I know the game will continuously evolve and never be "done", somehow it feels like starting with a version before the day-0 version would be undermining my initial experience playing a game I am so looking forward to?

Anybody else planning to wait for a later version before digging in?

I plan on waiting until the Day-0 Update to start playing with the sandbox mode and doing modding. I'll probably poke around with the campaign a bit beforehand, though.

Beta isn't a 'game', It's beta testing to develop the game.

 

I plan to dig into it right away, I just can't wait to play around with the building tools to see if I can remake Master of Magic!

I'm ashamed to admit that I was not much "help" in this beta, because I severely limited my exposure to the game to keep it "fresh" for when it released.  I sheepishly admit that I kind of abused my beta pass just to get an inside look at how the game was coming along during development.  Please don't kill me for my transgressions before I get to play!  haha

Lol, wasn't meant to be a guilt trip. Just thought it odd that someone would consider playing an early version of the game as ruining the experience, when they've already played an early version of (parts of) the game. Guess that doesn't apply to you in this case :)
