hi i was wondeing what cap ship should i get after the carrier.

It might also make sense to do it in the other order, Progenitor first, then Halcyon. Those are definitely the Advent's two most useful caps. After that, perhaps another Halcyon or Progenitor, then maybe a Rapture. If you need to disable a Level 6 Marza to interrupt Missile Barrage, then you need a Radiance (Detonate Antimatter) or a Revelation (Reverie).
There are plenty of options for Advent. Often times (particularly against Vasari) I will get a second Halcyon. Another great option is the Progenitor, as others have pointed out. The Rapture, Revelation, and Radiance are all viable, though somewhat 1-trick ponies. The bottom line is, depending on your situation you can probably get away with anything.
