[Beta 4][.98]Can't advance turn at turn 61 (Ignore- recreated in proper location)

Ah, I swear that the theme of this forum is somehow messing with my brain for me to cause such stupid mistakes.

No matter what I do in the turn, I cannot continue to the next turn; I can tap and click the turn button but nothing will happen.

I have tried from earlier saves and still I cannot get past that turn once I reach it.
