Playing Games with Pen Tablets

I love Pen Tablets... I use my Wacom Cintiq almost every day.. but now I'm thinking of taking my tablet and using it with my favourite hobby.... gaming.

Has anyone else tried this? I think it would work well with strategy games, but I don't know about FPS.
