It would be great if you could see which version of the game you download or upgrade to via impulse.
You can view version information by right-clicking on the desired entry in Impulse and selecting "View History".
Ok, didn't know that. However it would be nice if you could add a column which showed current version of the game and at the bottom of the screen you could see the version you upgrade to.
In the 'Updates' tab, when you select an item you want to update, the version you have and the version you'll update to is listed on the bottom:
