any one haveing a problum with the down loading from impulse?

Driving me NUTS!!!

for some stuped ass reason my game up grade (giving the fact thats this is the first update) is loading and stoping and retrying at 6.9% and stops their its ticking me off any ideas on how to fix this i tryed every thing that i no

The few times I've had that issue, rebooting seemed to fix it.  One time I eventually had to reset my router (took me a while to figure out that other things were actually screwed up, too).
