[BUG?/Issue?]Setting the Rally Point

This probably isn't an issue for most of you, so stop readin right there if you don't want to be bored.

I was feeling nostalgic and went back to vanilla sins. I forgot how you could set the rally point of your frig/cap factories BEFORE they finished building. You can't do that in entrenchment, and frankly, it's just a bit awkward to have to wait to set the rally point.

I just want to place, set rally, que up frigs, move on with life.

Just a small thing.

wierd....i thought i set my rally point in entrenchment.....maybe it was vanilla.

You can always set the rally point from the planet and all factories in that planet's grav well will go to that point.
