I have a question: What is the difference between lv1 and lv2 and lv3 of microphazing aura? (vasari carrier ability)
Description shows no difference.
Does it increase chance of fighter beeing pulled?
Description only says Invureable.
What is the time of fighters beeing invurneable? and what is the chance ?
Level 2 increases the chance of fighter teleportation.
Level 3 makes fighter teleportation checks more often.
Darvin nailed it on the head. MPA is an ability which uses a PeriodicAction apply type for the actual effects of the buff. A periodic action can be rigged to have a chance to apply the buff; most periodic-action abilities have this chance line, but the chance is set as '1.000000', while on MPA, it is 0.2/0.3/0.3, and with the update time set as 4/4/3 (in seconds).
