Originally, yes. It seems the last one was cancelled, but positively thinking, it means after Diplomacy IC will begin work on a major expansion, or Sins 2 
You're not being stupid mate but it is bad forum etiquette to create a thread about something without even a minimal search would have found you the answer. This question is being asked all over the place.
