I'm starting to check my email every hour in anticipation for the beta release. Considering how it doesn't seem as though there will be much to test until the first of next month you think I'm to eager? Considering I've made this post its obvious that boredom doesn't help my cause either. Anyone else doing this too?

You will need to have Show pre-release checked in Impulse under the preferences to be able to download the beta.

either a random coincidence or a suggestion: if you uncheck the show beta box and then update your impulse, then recheck and update again, it showed up for me anyway. Don't know if that's a coincidence or if doing so sent it out to find if there were any betas available. regardless, it's here it's here it's here!!

Nope must be a coincidence because I did what you wrote and still no beta. Oh well all good things come to those who wait.
