How do you fix or get another Ironclad account?

PLEASE HELP SOS

Put my stuff on autofill, got a new update, decided to go back after pretty much a year, and it was gone. The autofill checkbox was unchecked, obviously because of the new update. SOS. PLEASE HELP>

Do you still know the email address or username you had with your first account?

if not, im pretty sure you can always make a new account and just transfer all your purchased games to your new account...

if not, email [email protected] and ask them about it. of course, you need an email or username or some sort of ID

Thanks. Ill try that. Im assuming that you know I might have to either have my serial code reset, or get a new one because it said when I tried to make another account, "serial code used" or something. So do they do that?

If you have your serial number still and the email you registered with, they should easily be able to pull up all your account details so you'd be able to play with your old one.
