Vasari wandering star bases?

I've had this happen a couple of times now... When I build star bases inside a star's gravity well, they go verticle above the star and get stuck. Usually far away from the star, were they're utterly useless, in the middle of nowhere. Has anybody else had this?

i hav but it wasnt at a star and it wasnty a star base. I was moving my fleet to a jump to a new planet and one of my gardas just suddenly appeared above the planet rotating endlessly facing up i couldnt move it or anything so i just scrapped it
