Double billed for sword of the stars add on.

I have been charged for sword of the stars on the 13th and they tried to charge me again today. Any thoughts to what going on. Here is my credit statement

The $10.24 is the price of sword of the stars. the 1 above it is the transaction for the add on pre order.

$11.81 is stardock attempting to try to get another wack of cash. Also i don't see the game in my games section.
