Can't log in to multiplayer

Using my impulse info it just says invalid username/password.

 

Any help?

log into the Impulse program and register the game key that on the back of the manual then try log into the muiliplayer game. also you have to update the game to play online.

But the Problem is the Update it doesnt work for me cause i click on button update but nothing happen except game close?

I am having the same problem, I can't log in to multiplayer, it just says Invalid username/password.

I have updated it and have my key registered on Impulse.

Might you have two accounts?  Do you have two emails (maybe a Paypal one) that is associated with the account you are trying to log into?  You can go to this page and put in your emails to see if they are registered as they will have information sent to them if they are registered with us.
