[BUG] Vasari Starbase Phase Gate

hi all, i'd like to remember that the little bug about autocasting phase gate ability of vasari starbase is still present.

well, there are two possibilities:

1- the ability cannot be autocasted (in this case please remove the note about right click for autocast)

2- someone had forgotten to set autocast=true

i didn't have time to check it, but had someone solved the problem about phase gates in star gravity wells or is it still impossible to quickly phase-jumping towards them?
