    1. This mod was created by JasonFJ, a Star Wars fan and avid gamer, who somehow managed to thrash out this mod despite holding down a full time job and one hell of a fine girlfriend. Appreciate my sacrifice!
    2. Goafan - The only other modder for Requiem, a great co-conspirator who has contributed a lot to the evolution and improvements of Requiem. Also the author of the "Requiem Plus" add-on.
    3. George Lucas - Full tribute belongs to George Lucas who as we all know was the originator of all thought and material that now comprises the Star Wars universe. George if you're ever in Singapore or Australia drop me an email I'd like to buy you dinner sometime. these mini dumps are very frustrating. i get mini dumps always at the same time in the game. i dont really know how to open up the file and pinpoint the problems but the graphics being an issue is definitely not the problem because i lower the  graphics as low as the game alows it to be playable (otherwise the game just loses the point if you lower it to the lowest settings).

heres a couple of examples of when the mini dumps occur and i've re-started games with different maps and different team setups but always 10 players:

i play three hours and it autosaves as usual throughout the game. when the mini dumps occur i reload the autosave file and play until about half way through of where the mini dump occured. i then resave. when the mini dump occurs at the same spot, i reload the game from the 'new' point and resume gaming. the mini dump occurs as usual at the same point.

ive done the same procedure in about 3 different games and it comes back with always the same results. the minidump occurs at a specific point at the game. it doesnt matter what it is that i would or the AI would be doing, its always at the same point.

i hope you guys can find out what the problems are for the mini dump and help with the game play because with these minidumps the game is just frustrating.

exact same problem i have v2.7

wasen't 2.7 ment to fix the minidump problem?

Do you have a minidump problem? I don't. Though I would try these things if you do.

*Lower your graphics settings, especially if you have them on highest (my Sins computer can't run the game on highest, so I haven't been able to investigate this issue).

    *Delete the pipeline effects folder

*If you still are have trouble, please post details here.

Edit: I was never able to figure out what that problem was because I could never replicate the it. I played a 3-4 hour game with just Rebels V. Empire and it worked fine. Quit and loaded it a couple times too. Any specific information about the game you played would be much appreciated.

I will try deleting the pipeline effects folder.

if i still have problems i will post details where you designated

Just tried 2.7 and it is awesome work!

Two things I have noticed, this string not found and the oceanic planet is not requiring artic tech to be colonized; might be intended I don't know.

I just noticed this, and am not sure if it is because of my computer screwing up something or not, but has anyone else noticed that even after researching the "Failsafe Hyperspace Jump" ability (I think thats what its called, its the one that makes scouts immune to phase jump degradation), the Imperial Faction's Tartan Scout is still affected by the Jump Inhibitor's?

I havent tried this on the Alliance side yet, so I do not know if the Corellian Scout's are also affected by the Inhibitor even after researching the immunity ability. Please advise.

I'm about a dozen hours into a brutal game: Me vs 2 vs 2.  Basically Me as 1 team, Alliance and TEC as another and Vasari and Advent as the 3rd, all set to unfair, teams NOT locked.  It's going on 13 hours, pretty much all the available planets are colonized by someone, and all 5 teams are building into good size fleets, fairly well balanced. I have no idea how many more hours it will take to finishes this madness...lol... but so far no mini-dumps or glitches I can find other than not needing any research to colonize an ocean planet.

Hmm, I can't remember what bonus that's supposed to be off the top of my head, but thanks for finding it! I thought arctic research was supposed to be necissary but I could be wrong.

Can't say I've noticed this problem, but then I've rarely run onto phase jump inhibitors, and even more rare still research the tech. I'll be sure to test it thought, it could easily be an oversight.

I'm glad its working good for everyone else, ailfawka's problem seems to have been from a bad install, so I believe most people can get this to work now (though maybe not at the highest graphics settings). I must say seeing entire fleets dueling with two SSDs in a Star's Gravity certainly looks amazing. I can only imagine how it must look on higher end PCs. o_O

finally downloaded 2.7, great job no minidump problems at all.

Look for the Screenshots folder in the same place your Mods folder is.

Mod's looking great.  Zero minidumps after a couple hours of play, and that's at all max settings.  I really like the new effects and colors.

One moderate gripe and one minor gripe:

    1.  Repair platforms (Empire) don't automatically repair units within their range.

    2.  The victory screen shows up all white with only the two buttons viewable.  Luckily, I can click them and end/continue the game.

Uh? Who were you playing as? My victory screen as the Rebels worked just fine.

Empire.  I have yet to try as rebels; maybe tonight though I just LOVE having the SSD in :)

Played through as Rebels last night.  I did have a crash to desktop, but that could be attributed to the fact I was playing at max game speed (16x or 8x).

One suggestion regarding the Rebel Starbase's abilities - Mobilize Defenders needs to be beefed up a little.  For the cost of researching and then building it on the station, it doesn't seem to add much (2 flak, 2 corvettes).  What about adding a few fighters and a few bombers?  The idea of the ability is really cool and jives well with the Star Wars theme, so definitely keep it in!

Also a note about the SSD - it feels like it turns far too fast for such a large, massive ship.  At the same time, I realize it takes forever to move anyways so perhaps it should just be left alone (or speed up its velocity/acceleration).

Actually, mobilize defenders does spawn star fighters. In fact the level one ability only creates them, no frigates at all. Use the ability in an empty gravity well, and pay close attention to the units it spawns (I find it easiest to look in the empire tree).

Any way to post a mirror link on a site that you DONT have to register?

Major Stress- I believe you do not need to register with sins.imperial.cc to D/L Requiem. For when I did, I was able to D/L w/o registering.

So I finally finished my Rebel game tonight.  Same issue - all white victory screen except for the two buttons.

I also came upon a weird asteroid with population of 270!  It was kinda comical seeing all the orbiting structures/vehicles...

Hmm, I don't know what the problem is then, by Rebel victory screen worked fine. Did you download the full game, or the 2.6-2.7 patch?

Yeah, I've seen some of those weird asteroids too. One of the planet bonuses gives a 250 bonus to population, which is obviously a major increase to a mere roid. 8(|

I went for the full install into a fresh install of sins/entrenchment.  Figured less chances of something not copying over properly :)

Another thought - I'm wondering if the Rebellion should have a Deliverance Engine-style superweapon instead of the Galaxy Gun.  It makes more sense to me personally because the Rebels I've seen in the movies were all about converting others to their cause, not blowing up planets...
