entrenchment validation

ok guys i bout the entrenchment download and played it for i belive it was 2 weeks and i liked it even thow i thought it was a rip off mod sold to us for 10 bucks

after all all you get is a 2 to 3 extra ships som minor changes and a star base ewww big deal this is somthing any simple modder could have done and called it a mod but nuff said im not here to complain about geting riped off

but heres what im here to complain about

i not only bought the download for myself but i bought one for a frend to

and after 2 weeks i go to play i see there a new update for the entrechm. i go to update and i get a mesage that my registration is invalid

now i know some of you might think im going over board ,but let me tell you i'm furious!!!!! see i dont get but certain times to play and im a die hard player wich means id play for 3 days straight wiout sleep if i could

note: my spelling and punctuation sucks try to over look it

i tried imidietly to contact somone to tell them of my problem and of curse there was no one to contact no likes or phone numbers

needless to say that pissed me off further im rteady to curse somone out and there mothers too

i feel turest coming one as i speek

fucking somnabitches

that aside impules need to put some numbers up to contact when somthing like this happens

so sombody get off your asses and do somthing

stop taking our money and fix this shit

and make shure you monitor your furums for complaint since you dont hme a phone number up

ow and yes i did email but i am not weaiting 2 fing days to get a reponse for my problem YOU UNDER STAND THAT!!! fix my shit  now!!!!

Partially agree with you... Entrenchment don't add a lot... i am from the 7DS team and our mod is more epic... but really, it is worthy the few $$$... Entrenchment open new door to modders... Entrenchment will lead to superior mod who will be better that any vanilla based mod...

Shit !!! It is what i have fear... i have give several boxed version of Sins to friend... not problem at all... was thinking to buy several online version of entrenchment and give the serial for gift... seing your story cool me down a little...

 

About support, e-mail or phone don't change a lot... in the past i have try the Stardock support  but it really suck... sometime, they don't reply or sometime say that it will be in the next patch ( and it was not )... but phone support is more bad... for a other game, i have become tired to hear some classical music, with each minute having a voice who say "your are the customer 3759 in the waiting line"... final result is me hang up and have spend more money in phone expense that the value of several version of game...

 

In any case, thank for you post... it spare me to have similar problem that you... will not buy serial of entrenchment for friend !!!

There's a gift option in the store. You don't buy a serial for your account and then try to give it to someone. You do the gift thing so it gets registered to theirs.
