Advent: Honestly, Why I Choose Them . . .

I have to admit, I play Advent not so much because of their technology . . . . but because I

find the female voices hot.  While I know that some of these voices came from in-house

with some ovbious electronic alterations, how could anyone look some of

these female co-workers in the face without blushing??  I am not ashamed to admit it:

advent female voices = seeeexxxxxyyyy.

I'll be honest, I find your reasoning for playing advent is illogical, the only reason I play advent is probably of the radiance battleship. it looks much more better than any of tech. Also, because the star trek mod, the fed is advent. But normally I play tech, because the buildings and the ships looks "normal"

Did you see Josie of Ironclad in her Advent costume at PAX? Not only was she our booth babe and one of the key developers on Sins but she also did some of those voices :)

You should hear some of the lines she did that we couldn't keep in...

You know this is twice you mention things that you kept out. Now I know cuz of ESRB rating and such but...come on. What a tease!!!!!! Can you throw me at least a bone and share some of the things you wanted to put in but didnt!!! Dont leave me hanging!!!

Based on the way the light is and the position of the shadows, I think the crooked nose is the result of a flash being used.

 

Nice picture though.

 

I prefer using the advent, because their technology fits my playing style better.

I honestly play the Advent because they quite simply define my interests in Psychic abilities. I love all this clairvoyance and telekinesis and telepathic control. It is da bomb!

I play a mix of Advent and TEC, but I really like the Adventus unit architecture (Except the Drone host, that thing is ugly).  One of the bigger factors actually that made me do Advent, was I like their Ambient music a lot more, reminds me of Mass Effect.  Also there's something charming about the fanatical tone some of the Advent units have.

I play the advent because their units per cap wipe the floor with any other fleet as long as it's balanced correctly.

And i love Mass Transcendence. High level caps always win the game for me.

Cool caps with synergies, cool combat ships, early carriers, nice tech tree (and really cool high end techs for me as a builder), very divers starbase upgrade.

And they got STYLE.
